We have been using ProIndex for over six years. We originally used Proindex as a search engine to search to 40 databases simultaneously. The databases represented over 40 million records with many of those records containing full text information. I was always amazed to see the results returned within 1 to 3 seconds for all the databases. We are currently using Proindex as a search engine for our major Public Access product. In our benchmark tests we were able to get the equivalent of 2000+ users hitting the Proindex search server with a response time of significantly under a second.

Proindex has a small easy to use API. It is fast and offers many features such as phrase, proximity and boolean searches.

I have dealt withBrad Morin during this time and he has been completely accessible and easy to work with. We have never had a critical problem that he was unable to resolve. He has been responsive to our needs for modifications. He accurately represents projected improvements. We appreciate what ProIndex does for our product.
